Using the site
Use DhakaMantra lawfully and provide accurate account, contact, and delivery information. You are responsible for activity associated with your authenticated account.
Products and orders
Prices are shown in BDT. Availability can change until an order is confirmed. We may contact you to verify delivery details, decline an order affected by stock or pricing error, or cancel suspected misuse. Product colour can vary slightly with lighting and screens.
Payment and delivery
Cash-on-delivery orders are payable when received. Delivery timing is an estimate and may vary by area, weather, holidays, or courier conditions. Applicable delivery charges appear before the order is placed.
Site materials
DhakaMantra names, copy, imagery, graphics, and site materials may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
